March is here!

It's March, which means it's almost tomato season! And my favorite part of tomato season is when the heirloom tomatoes arrive at the grocery store. I love heirloom tomatoes. Their flavor is superior to standard tomatoes. Since they've become popular in the past few years they now are easy to find and fairly inexpensive. I love to serve heirloom tomatoes at a dinner party because the colors in them are fabulous! If you've always passed by them because they look a little funny, stop! I promise you if you pick one up you won't be disappointed. Plus, you may learn to fall in love with their funny shapes.
